Site Acquisition

Site acquisition requires a professional approach while working with landowners and governmental agencies. We are prepared to conduct these services with speed and efficiency.

 

In addition to our clients requests, we will determine what paperwork and approvals are required for each job and perform the necessary due diligence. Each site has varying degrees of complexity but most new sites will typically include the following work from us:
 
bulletLocate an acceptable site location while working with your RF engineer.
bulletNegotiate the lease terms with the property owner.
bulletObtain the local governmental approvals as required by the location; CUP, variance, etc.
bulletFile and obtain FAA approval via forms 7460-1 and -2.
bulletObtain state aeronautics approval as required.
bulletObtain acceptable EPA/NEPA report.
bulletObtain SHPO approval.
bulletObtain a geotechnical report for the foundation design.
bulletObtain a record of survey and legal description for the leased property.
bulletObtain the foundation design for the tower.
bulletObtain A/E drawings for submittal to the local permitting agency.
bulletObtain building permit.
