LUXURY VINYL TILE (LVT)

WHAT WE HAVE | Arizona Tile (5)

The fastest growing section of hard surface flooring, without

a doubt, has been Luxury Vinyl Tile, also referred to as LVT.

Popularity of this material has been due many of its

outstanding features such as a waterproof surface, stain

resistance, and overall durability. Not to mention the variety

of wood and tile looks, optional grout joints, and textures

and embossing that would make anyone think it was real tile

or hardwood and not a vinyl product. In addition to glue down,

LVT is also offered in a floating version using a locking mechanism

between the planks, giving your floor a feeling of strength and impenetrability. Floating floors also have a lower level of skill required when it comes to installation, making it a perfect choice for the do-it-yourself home improvers! Also along those same lines, a product ideal for those needing a more economical material, traditional laminates are the way to go. Despite being not as dimensionally sound as vinyl, these wood and resin composite laminates offer the same great looks and waterproof top layer as an LVT at a lower cost to you, the consumer with the same ease of installation and durability that stands up to high traffic areas.

Laminate is a great choice for new homeowners, those with rental properties, or contractors! And although we’ve seen a sharp decline in the demand for sheet vinyl, we still have samples available to browse for a quick and easy covering with a familiar look in addition to new and unique designs to update any utility room, laundry room, bathroom, or even kitchen! And newly introduced, we have a small selection of materials that come in 6’ widths instead of 12’ with those smaller areas in mind to give you the most bang for your buck and least amount of waste possible. Come check out all of your available flooring options and speak with any of our staff to determine proper flooring type for your needs.
